We are pleased to publish our programme of events for 2009. All meetings will take place on the third Friday of the month, with the exception of July which is a joint event with Wherwell Primary School to celebrate their 80th Anniversary. For April, May, September, October & November we are presenting illustrated talks at the Colonel Jenkins Memorial Hall. For June, the meeting is a guided tour of Old Winchester. We would like to elect 4 additional Committee Members, and take nominations for Co-opted Members. Would any person who is willing to serve on the Committee or who has ideas for research projects or who would like to help preserve important historical records in a practical way, please discuss their ideas with the persons listed above. Later in the year, we hope to have a showcase on a local Community website. And finally, we hope to see you at the Village Hall in April.
