Wherwell Primary School Alumni

For ex Pupils, Governors and Teachers.
WHERE ARE YOU NOW?

August 2009 marks the 80th Anniversary of the Wherwell Primary School in its current location. During 2009 we intend to celebrate this milestone with a number of events and want to make contact with as many former pupils and other persons associated with the school as possible.

We are still developing ideas, but besides some form of formal celebration later in the year, the pupils will be working on a project during the year on a history of the school and the communities it serves, and as ‘cub reporters’ will be looking to contact some of you to talk about your memories and recollections of your time at the school. This project will culminate in the autumn term with an exhibition at the school that will be open to all.

Through our website at www.wherwell.hants.sch.uk  , which incidentally already has a fledgling Alumni section, we will in due course be providing news on the 80th Anniversary activities.
